Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator to onboard new regional banking customers and manage ongoing relationships for bankers with portfolios valued from $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.

The role emphasizes cross-sell through relationship planning and ensuring timely renewals, with service excellence and a Simply the Best customer experience. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in financial services sales.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 2 years sales experience in financial services or credit environment
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environment
• Excellent in customer service, strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist bankers in managing their portfolio of customers with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.
• Coordinate the due diligence and document gathering necessary to get new and renewal loans documented and closed.
• Ensure renewals are completed on a timely basis.
• Pipeline Management
• Ensure required financial statements are collected from customers on a timely basis.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure quality control and a Simply the Best customer experience.
• Coordinate with bankers and partners to prepare Relationship Plans for each customer.
• Manage NSF/OD items and coordinate resolution with bankers and customers.
• Handle post-loan requests such as advances, payments, payoff, and research.
• Research and resolve service and operational issues related to deposit and credit accounts.
• Assist customers with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms.
• Ensure a Regional Banking incident is submitted to the Incident team for suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Connect customers to the appropriate teams for recommended bank products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk and adhere to policy and procedure acknowledgements.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new SSC colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
