• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers in managing portfolios of customers with $2M-$50M in annual sales.
• Coordinate due diligence and document gathering for new/renewal loans.
• Ensure renewals and required financial statements are completed on time.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare relationship plans for each customer in cooperation with bankers.
