Huntington National Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator to onboard new regional banking customers and manage ongoing relationships across a portfolio worth millions in annual sales.

In this role you will emphasize cross-sell opportunities, coordinate efforts for the team, ensure timely renewals, and maintain top-notch client service and risk awareness while utilizing a relationship plan/model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in a financial services or credit environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.
• Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Assist bankers in managing their portfolio of customers with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.
• Coordinate the due diligence and document-gathering necessary to get new and renewal loans documented and closed.
• Ensure renewals are completed on a timely basis.
• Pipeline Management
• Ensure required financial statements are collected from customers on a timely basis.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure quality control and a Simply the Best customer experience.
