Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Regional Banking Sales and Service Leader to supervise and coordinate a regional Sales and Service Support team (Regional Banking Client Manager and Relationship Service Specialist), ensuring exceptional customer service and robust support for sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales support management role
• 3 plus years’ experience in Business Banking

Responsibilities

• Supervision, leadership, direction and coordination of a regional Sales and Service Support team to ensure exceptional customer service and support for sales functions.
• Representation to ensure consistency between regions/field/area/market.
• Onboarding of new Service Specialists and Client Managers and SME for process improvements and training.
• Coordinate cross-sell opportunities and communicate corporate changes to the team.
