Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent to 2 years sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers in managing a portfolio of customers with $2M–$50M in annual sales.
• Coordinate the due diligence and document gathering for new and renewal loans.
• Ensure renewals are completed on a timely basis.
• Pipeline Management and client relationship focus.
• Collect financial statements from customers on a timely basis.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships via a relationship plan/model.
• Coordinate with bankers to prepare Relationship Plans for each customer.
• Manage NSF/OD items and coordinate resolution with bankers and customers.
• Handle post-loan requests, such as advances, payments, payoff, and research.
• Research and resolve service and operational issues related to accounts.
• Assist customers with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms.
