• Coordinate due diligence and document gathering to close new and renewal loans.
• Ensure renewals are completed on a timely basis.
• Pipeline management and relationship planning with customers.
• Coordinate with bankers and partners to prepare Relationship Plans.
• Manage post-loan requests and account servicing tasks.
• Onboard and maintain customers on online banking platforms.
