Responsibilities

• Travels to branches and assumes Customer Service & Sales Manager duties in their absence.
• Completes and follows through on assignments to meet deadlines.
• Reviews risk management reports daily to monitor potential issues.
• Uses good judgment to highlight issues to senior management and relevant units.
• Provides consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Identifies sales opportunities and refers leads to appropriate colleagues.
• Serves as Safety/Security Officer for the branch when needed.
