Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 5–7 years in branch operations.
• Experience as an Operations Officer preferred; knowledge of branch banking, loss prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to travel 30–50 miles; flexible schedule; PC proficiency (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational integrity of assigned branches and staff.
• Balance branch controls with customer service to minimize risk.
• Identify deficiencies via mini reviews and implement action plans.
• Remediate audit findings and coordinate responses.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Provide branch coverage and assist with account openings.
