Associated Bank is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-branch region, shaping strategy and driving performance across sales, service, operations, and finances. You will build high-performing teams and partner with Market Managers to execute regional goals.

You will develop leaders, oversee recruitment and onboarding for regional roles, and ensure compliance with policies and risk controls while engaging with internal business lines to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years managing branch sales and operations.
• 2+ years of progressive sales management experience in banking.
• 2+ years in multi-branch leadership or senior-level banking leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales, service, operational, and financial performance by executing clear strategies with Bank and Market Managers.
• Coach and develop leaders through feedback, evaluations, and coaching to build promotable talent.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and manage leadership talent.
• Collaborate with internal lines to deliver financial solutions and participate in key account discussions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
