Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years managing branch sales and operations.
• 2+ years of progressive sales management experience in banking.
• 2+ years in multi-branch leadership or senior-level banking leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales, service, operational, and financial performance by executing clear strategies with Bank and Market Managers.
• Coach and develop leaders through feedback, performance evaluations, and documented coaching to build a promotable talent pipeline.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and performance improvement processes for regional leadership roles with HR.
• Partner with internal business lines to deliver financial solutions and participate in key account conversations and joint business calls.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls with strong oversight.
