Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Branch Management / related managerial role with heavy emphasis on business clientele.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and sales management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 15-17 retail branch locations within an assigned region.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers to drive performance and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain a high-performing culture focused on accountability and engagement.
