Dexian seeks a Vice President, Area Manager to lead Branch Managers across an assigned retail banking region, focusing on sales, operations, staffing, client service, regulatory compliance, and implementation of organizational initiatives. The role oversees multiple branches within Costa Mesa, Long Beach, Laguna Hills, Brea, Newport Beach, and Palm Desert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in banking/finance or related field.
• Progressive branch operations and/or sales management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client service abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and banking software applications.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise Branch Managers across the assigned region.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management support.
• Lead monthly Branch Manager meetings and regional strategy sessions.
• Monitor sales performance, operations, and compliance objectives.
• Travel regularly to branch locations to ensure consistency and execution.
• Drive cross-training, staffing, and development of branch teams.
