Dexian in Brea, CA is seeking a Senior Universal Banker III to join our Retail Banking / Branch Operations team. This premier branch leadership role combines high-touch client advisory with robust operational oversight and daily mentorship.

You will advise consumer and business clients, deepen relationships, and coordinate services from Treasury Management to RDC. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and a client-first service standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking experience in a financial institution.
• Proven ability to manage and deepen both consumer and business banking relationships.
• Strong knowledge of branch security, lending compliance, and audit controls.
• Notary Public certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice to consumer and business clients.
• Cross-sell deposits, CDs, IRAs, and lending or trust solutions.
• Assist business clients with Treasury Management, RDC, courier setup, and armored transport services.
• Represent the branch at local community events to build market visibility.
• Manage full lifecycle of complex consumer and business accounts with strict compliance.
• Enforce BSA/AML and information security standards in daily transactions.
• Maintain audit readiness and robust fraud prevention controls.
• Mentor junior bankers and tellers to promote growth and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to meet sales goals and community outreach.
