Huntington National Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator to onboard new customers and manage ongoing relationships for $2M–$50M portfolios. You will drive cross-sell initiatives, coordinate due diligence, and ensure timely loan renewals while delivering a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities include portfolio management, client service, relationship planning, and collaboration with bankers to resolve service and operational issues.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2 years sales in financial services.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist bankers in managing their portfolio of customers with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.
• Coordinate the due diligence and document-gathering necessary to get new and renewal loans documented and closed.
• Ensure renewals are completed on a timely basis.
• Pipeline management; collect financial statements from customers on a timely basis.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for quality control and best customer experience.
• Client service and client management using a relationship plan/model.
• Coordinate with bankers to prepare Relationship Plans for each customer.
• Manage NSF/OD items and coordinate resolution with bankers and customers.
• Handle post-loan requests such as advances, payments, payoff, and research.
• Research and resolve service and operational issues related to deposits and credit accounts.
• Assist customers with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms.
• Ensure a Regional Banking incident is submitted to the Incident team for suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Connect customers to appropriate teams for recommended bank products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk and adhere to policy and procedure acknowledgements.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new SSC colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
