Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and expand relationships with regional financial institutions. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales and drive new business growth across banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

Role is remote within the United States; compensation ranges from $85,000 to $90,000 annually plus commission, with a focus on cash management, cash logistics, and security solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Ability to develop executive-level relationships and generate new business.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on regional and community financial institutions.
• Build relationships with executives, operations, treasury, and security leaders.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within banks and credit unions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Create and implement customer acquisition strategies to grow market share in financial institutions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, product, and leadership to tailor solutions.
• Lead responses to RFPs, pricing presentations, and business reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of banking trends, regulation, and cash management technology.
• Maintain sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM.
