Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Regional Training & Readiness Manager to raise operational excellence across security sites in the region. You will partner with site leadership to develop teams, ensure consistent training, and strengthen readiness while upholding high performance standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, solving operational challenges, and expanding workforce readiness in fast-paced environments, with up to 50% travel and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training, readiness, operations, or security programs.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop frontline leaders and managers.
• Experience conducting field assessments, audits, evaluations, or operational reviews.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and training for newly hired Site Security Managers.
• Support onboarding and development of Site Training Managers across the region.
• Coach, mentor, and guide site leaders to ensure successful role transitions and long-term effectiveness.
• Reinforce training standards, procedures, and best practices across multiple locations.
• Conduct field-based competency evaluations and performance assessments.
• Deliver remedial, specialized, and scenario-based training programs to address operational needs.
• Lead tabletop exercises and readiness assessments to strengthen site preparedness.
• Plan, facilitate, and evaluate readiness exercises to ensure sites meet performance, compliance, and security standards.
• Provide temporary coverage for Site Training Manager vacancies when needed.
• Partner with operational leadership to identify training gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
