Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting eligibility standards.
• 7+ years of Contract Security Operations experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and drive profitable growth - Lead the full financial performance of the branch, delivering consistent year-over-year growth in both revenue and margin.
• Optimize workforce strategy - Drive smart labor planning and scheduling to protect profitability, maintaining unbilled overtime at or below 2.5%.
• Build a high-performance culture - Create an engaged, accountable team environment and reduce turnover.
• Protect and expand client relationships - Maintain a minimum 95% annual client retention rate and deepen partnerships.
• Develop future leaders - Recruit and onboard at least one key manager annually and build succession-ready leadership.
• Drive operational excellence - Use company systems for accurate reporting and disciplined execution.
• Lead with integrity and accountability - Model values and regulatory compliance.
• Champion strategic initiatives - Collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
