Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions and advising customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily cash.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and account maintenance support.
• Assist customers with online, mobile, and ATM banking and tech usage.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to security, risk and compliance.
• NMLS licensing available as part of career development.
• Notary licensing preferred.
• Travel to multiple branch locations and stay dependable and adaptable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
