Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist to support multiple branches within a region. You will retain and grow customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking services.

The role requires traveling between branches and adapting to daily location changes. You’ll educate customers on bank technology, process transactions accurately, and ensure excellent service while following policies and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail/branch setting.
• Ability to guide customers on deposits, loans, and banking products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with online/mobile banking tech and ATM usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across branches, assisting customers and cross-selling when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash controls.
• Deliver excellent service and resolve issues for customers.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and bank technology.
• Adhere to security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Support colleagues at multiple branches as needed.
• Travel between local branches as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
