As a full-time Regional Banker/Teller member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in Jacksonville Skinner, to support multiple branches in PNC's West Central Florida Retail Market.

Job Profile

Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identify referral opportunities, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.

Job Description
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty.
  • Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences, lobby engagement activities, and educating customers on managing financial transactions with technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, driving loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient, accurate branch operations.
Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Typically, roles require 1+ years of related experience, with no specific degree required. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
