As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in the Central, MD Region.

Job Description
  1. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Engage in proactive sales and service activities, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
  2. Conduct proactive sales conversations through various interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage partnerships for relationship growth.
  3. Create customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through differentiated service. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and educate them on managing transactions using technology and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch operations.
