Position Overview

As a Regional Banker/Teller (RRT) within PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Montgomery County, MD, you will:

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet.
• Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty through differentiated service and lobby engagement, educating customers on managing transactions with technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, driving loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and knowledge, including:

Additional Information
