As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products and developing referral opportunities.

Job Profile

As a member of the Regional Resource Team based in Center City, Philadelphia, PA, you will support multiple branches in PNC's Philadelphia Retail Market. Your responsibilities include managing the customer experience, driving proactive sales, creating customer loyalty, applying product knowledge, and managing risk through adherence to policies and procedures.

Job Description

1. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty, increasing share of wallet through proactive sales and service activities.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by engaging customers in the lobby and educating them on managing transactions using technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and ensuring efficient, accurate branch operations.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, typically including 1+ years in related roles. Education requirements are flexible, with no degree required, and no specific certifications or licenses are mandated. Candidates will undergo background checks as per regulatory requirements.
