As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products and developing referral opportunities.

Job Profile

As a Regional Banker/Teller, you will support multiple branches in PNC's Center City Philadelphia Retail Market, based in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Description
  1. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
  3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications
