Job summary

MRO Holdings Inc. is seeking a senior Operations Manager to plan, organize, and manage aircraft maintenance and repair activities for designated customer programs in Jacksonville, FL. You will develop operating plans and ensure safety compliance while meeting KPIs and controlling costs.

The role requires eight or more years in maintenance project management, a valid FAA A&P license, and strong leadership to oversee a cross-functional team and interact with customers and executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or related field.
  • Must hold FAA A&P license in good standing.
  • Eight+ years of related experience, including five years in PM/supervisory roles.
  • Experience with tier-one customer aircraft maintenance programs.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all aircraft maintenance and repair activities for a customer program across hangar and line operations.
  • Serve as liaison with customers and project supervisors to maximize satisfaction while controlling costs.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and customer requirements.
  • Oversee budget items including fixed hours, T&M hours, EBITDA, material leftovers, and turnaround time.
  • Lead the program team, escalate unresolved issues to the Director of Maintenance, and prepare milestone/status reports.
