Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is seeking multiple Business Development Managers to own and grow our client’s aviation-focused regions in the Northeast, Northwest, and South. This role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-driven sales, and expanding the customer base among airlines, MROs, and aviation services.

You will leverage your network to open doors with decision-makers, identify customer needs, and drive new commercial opportunities while delivering regional revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven background in aviation sales or business development.
• Established network in airlines or MROs.
• Ability to open doors and secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive business development across your assigned aviation region.
• Identify and target new opportunities with airlines, MROs, and related aviation sectors.
• Leverage industry relationships to open doors and arrange meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Build relationships with procurement, engineering, maintenance, and senior management teams.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from intro to contract award.
