Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions seeks a Regional Fleet Manager for the AV/EV segment. You will lead multi-site field operations regionally, manage Fleet Managers, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across sites in CA. Travel 50–75% is required with a hybrid/on-site model and strong focus on financial performance.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $145,000 plus annual performance-based bonus. Comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities are offered through Amerit University

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet, automotive, transportation, or field operations leadership experience managing leaders and multi-site operations.
• Strong EV/AV segment knowledge or experience with high-voltage, ADAS, or autonomous vehicle technologies preferred.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage senior field leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day multi-site field operations across an AV/EV region.
• Develop and hold accountable Fleet Managers; ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, labor, scheduling, and service SLAs; drive staffing and operational efficiency.
