Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions across office projects. You will partner with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities and IT teams to ensure rooms meet requirements, budgets and global design standards.

This role requires 8–10 years in consulting or project management, deep knowledge of conference room technologies, and the ability to influence across a matrixed, global organization

Qualifications

• College degree in technology field or comparable experience.
• CTS-I/CTS-D certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of Consulting/Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM and stakeholders on initiatives.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers.
• Develop trusted advisor status and ensure correct technology application.
• Drive AV experience design and conference room solutions.
• Manage end-to-end Conference Room Experience with project teams.
• Lead RFP processes for office projects.
• Maintain alignment to budget targets.
• Collect feedback for product teams to improve solutions.
