Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a senior AV design lead to drive strategy, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions on office projects. You will partner with Real Estate, IT, Facilities and project teams to ensure end-to-end room experiences aligned with business needs.

The role requires 8–10 years in consulting or product/project management, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on knowledge of AV technologies, CAD and architectural standards.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field or comparable job experiences.
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in a Consulting or Product/Project Management role.
• CTS-I, CTS-D preferred; familiarity with AV/IT architecture and conference room technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage AV design specifications and end-to-end conference room experiences for office projects.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, IT, Facilities, PMO, Architecture and project teams; manage vendor activities.
• Lead RFP processes and ensure alignment with budget targets and business directives.
