Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning and design capture for audio and video services across office projects in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate with Real Estate, IT, Facilities, and architects to ensure rooms meet layout, power, and data requirements, while promoting cost efficiency and global standardization.

The role requires deep knowledge of conference room technologies, vendor management, and RFP processes.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in a Consulting or Product/Project Management role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM on key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend steercos with business line executives and decision makers.
• Develop trusted advisor status and ensure technologies are applied correctly.
• Drive AV experience design and solutioning for conference rooms.
• Manage the RFP process for office projects and align with budget targets.
• Collect feedback with EY Product Teams to improve solutions.
