Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced AV design professional to drive strategic planning, design capture, and implementation of conference room AV solutions across office projects. You will collaborate with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities, IT and design teams to deliver end-to-end room experiences.

The role requires strong English communication, deep AV knowledge, and project management capabilities, with a hybrid work model and CTS-I preferred certification.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree in related technology field or comparable job experiences.
• Advanced English communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong consultative questioning and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Solid knowledge of conference room AV technology and related solutions.
• Project management skills to deliver within scope and budget.
• Familiarity with external AV vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM and stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers.
• Drive AV experience design and end-to-end conference room solutions.
• Manage RFPs and vendor recommendations.
• Ensure alignment to budget targets and project plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Real Estate and design teams.
