Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture, and implementation of conference room AV solutions across office projects. You will coordinate with Real Estate, IT PMO, Facilities, and product leads to ensure end-to-end room experiences that meet business requirements.

You must have strong English communication, consulting and project management skills, and deep knowledge of AV technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience in consulting or project management in AV environments.
• Knowledge of conference room technologies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM, RE, FM and product leads on design specs.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers.
• Develop trusted advisor status with stakeholders.
• Drive AV experience design and room solutions for offices.
• Lead RFP processes for AV projects and manage vendor activities.
