EY seeks an experienced AV design and PM professional to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions across EY office projects. You will coordinate with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities and IT teams to ensure end-to-end room experiences that meet business needs and budgets, while pursuing cost efficiency and global consistency.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in a Consulting or Product/Project Management role
• Mastery level of Knowledge of Conference Room Technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX
• Expert on AV industry standards and trends
• CAD and other relevant architectural standards and tools
• CTS-I, CTS-D certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Partner with BRM on key initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Attend steercos with business line executives, OMP’s and decision makers
• Develop trusted advisor status
• Ensure technologies are applied correctly and aligned to expectations
• Drive the AV experience design
• Drive the solutioning and design of AV products and services into the office conference rooms
• Collaborate with Real Estate Design & Project Leads, Facilities, IT PMO, Architecture and PM teams to ensure end-to-end Conference Room Experience
• Manage the RFP process for office projects
• Maintain alignment to stated budget targets
• Collect feedback and share with I&O Product Teams to improve solutions and experiences
