Job summary

Crestron Electronics, Inc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North Central commercial territory. You will develop joint partner plans, manage existing and new partners, and drive revenue and margins across the region to meet company targets.

The role requires up to 60% travel in the Minnesota/Dakotas area, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in AV sales. Crestron offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum AV industry sales experience; 10 years overall sales/marketing experience
• Proven ability to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Strong relationships with executive/management personnel and partners
• Understanding of Crestron core solutions and Unified Communications preferred
• Experience writing and tracking sales plans

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint partner business plans to meet growth and margin targets
• Achieve/exceed revenue and gross margin targets and other KPIs
• Lead partner enablement, demand generation, account mapping and pipeline activities
• Support territory planning with end user and channel teams
• Deliver product training to channel partners and maintain Salesforce records
• Communicate issues and trends to management and adapt strategies
