Crestron Electronics, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Commercial North Central region. You will lead joint partner business plans, drive revenues, and manage channel relationships with IT resellers across North America, including Minnesota and the Dakotas.

You will coordinate sales enablement, training, and pipeline development, while maintaining Salesforce records and reporting trends to management. The role requires up to 60% local travel and a track record of meeting sales quotas.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years minimum AV industry sales experience; 10 years overall sales/marketing experience.
• Proven ability to build new business and meet sales quotas.
• Strong relationship building with executive or management personnel (internal and external partners).
• Understanding of Crestron core solutions; knowledge of UC software/hardware preferred.
• Experience writing and tracking a comprehensive sales plan.
• Ability to leverage technology and software tools to optimize performance.

• Develop and execute joint partner business plans to meet growth and margin targets.
• Achieve/exceed established revenues, gross margin, and other KPIs.
• Coordinate partner enablement initiatives and demand generation to increase pipeline.
• Support territory planning with end-user teams and other channel teams.
• Drive product placement and business management within partner operations.
• Coordinate channel marketing and field sales activities to close opportunities.
