Job summary

Gratis Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new dealership wins nationwide. You will engage via phone, virtual presentations, and in-person visits, tailoring software solutions to service departments and fixing operations challenges.

You’ll build relationships with decision-makers, guide opportunities from first conversation through closing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive service lane or fixed operations experience.
• Automotive vendor sales experience in inside/outside sales.
• Experience in B2B cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through in a remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for dealership visits and in-person sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new dealership customers within assigned region.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and dealership visits.
• Learn each prospect’s service department challenges and explain how Gratis Solutions can help.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, virtually and in person.
• Build relationships with dealer principals, general managers, service directors, and other key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales process from discovery to closing and maintain CRM records.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to company growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after sale.
