The role requires 7+ years in automotive repair, 5+ years leading teams, and strong communication and sales skills. Travel within the region is expected as part of ongoing development and partnerships.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication, time management, organizational and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and inspire field operations teams to achieve success.
• Coach and support training of managers and teammates.
• Recruit for long-term success and build partnerships within the region.
• Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed and deliver exceptional customer service.
