This role reports to the Automation Sales Manager – USA and serves as a key technical and commercial resource for customer strategies and complex opportunities. You will partner with Territory Sales Managers, distributors, system integrators, OEMs, contractors, and end users to identify strategic opportunities, develop account plans,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial automation, electrical systems, motion control, drives or related tech.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC drives, soft starters, PLCs, controls, motor management.
• Experience in technical sales with distributors, OEMs, integrators and end users.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• CRM proficiency and digital communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase WEG Automation sales and market share.
• Identify and pursue new accounts and emerging opportunities within the region.
• Provide pre-sales support by understanding customer applications and proposing solutions.
• Lead complex sales opportunities with cross-functional resources and partners.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand business drivers.
• Drive pipeline development and opportunity management with partners and channels.
• Provide product training and technical presentations to customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay market feedback and requirements.
• Represent WEG at meetings, industry events, and channel activities.
• Travel within the assigned region approximately 50–70%.
