Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, driving financial performance and developing high-performing teams. You will lead hiring, training, and performance management while ensuring safety and customer service standards.

Travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed to meet targets. Applicants should have 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience, strong tire knowledge, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires and tire-related services and mechanical repairs.
• Proven leadership in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8–12 store locations and execute company initiatives.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store staff.
• Drive EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics.
• Maintain safe and compliant environments for employees and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory and overall operational efficiency across stores.
• Coach district managers to support development and career progression.
