Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in automotive aftermarket sales or sales management
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Travel about one week per quarter
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Must read, write and speak English fluently
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and develop short and long-term strategic plans to maximize profits and growth
• Provide senior leadership with accurate sales reports and departmental budgets
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners
• Recommend new products and markets with marketing and financial rationale
• Coordinate planning and execution with Sales and Operations and other departments to achieve objectives
• Maintain positive working relationships with Regional Sales and Operations Directors
