Job summary

Worldpac Canada Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Outbound Sales team with the Regional Sales Directors, guiding planning and executing sales, marketing and product development programs for assigned territories.

You will develop short- and long-range sales strategies, maintain key customer relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in the automotive aftermarket. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of automotive aftermarket related sales or sales management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of prior leadership experience
• Occasional travel required – approximately one week per quarter
• Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to effectively use Microsoft Office
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Identifies new market opportunities and develops the short and long-term strategic plans needed to maximize profits and facilitate company growth
• Provides senior leadership with essential information and prepares accurate and timely sales reports and departmental budgets
• Maintains long-term relationships with customers and strategic business partners
• Recommends new products and markets with marketing and financial rationale
• Coordinates strategic planning and execution activities with Sales and Operations Teams, and all other departments as needed, to achieve objectives
• Continuously communicating and maintaining a positive working relationship with Regional Sales and Operations Directors
