PPG is seeking a Level Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue and market development across Charleston-SC, Columbia-SC, Augusta-SC, and Savannah-GA. You will manage distributors, coach teams, and deliver on regional targets for the Refinish line in collision body shops.

You will leverage your automotive refinishing experience and strong consultative selling skills to build strategic relationships, analyze market data, and optimize profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years proven track record in growing sales with validated skills at consultative selling.
• Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance, have access to a personal vehicle that meets FAVR requirements, and pass an MVR review.

Mansioni

• Achieve annual sales plans for growth and main sales goals while managing costs, receivables, and expenses.
• Develop understanding of end customer requirements and PPG strategy within the region.
• Sell paint systems and sundry items of PPG Refinish brands through distribution.
• Manage distributor relationships including sales, people development, and training.
• Use analytics to improve profitability, cycle times, and product training with body shop/fleet operations.
• Target and develop relationships with dealer, Regional MSO, and independent collision centers.
• Collaborate in a team to grow the market and maximize potential.
• Travel up to 25% overnight as required.
• Explain and promote PPG value propositions in presentations and demos.
• Develop a sales territory following a strategic plan to attract new business.
