Job summary

PPG Industries (UK) Limited in Oklahoma City is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow the local automotive refinish market. You will deliver sales and service targets for the territory, build distributor and dealer relationships, and provide market data to support business goals.

The role reports to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager and requires 5+ years in sales, automotive refinish experience, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 25% with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 5+ years proven sales growth in a territory.
• Automotive Refinish or collision experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Willing to travel; overnight travel ~25%.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle meeting FAVR requirements; pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plans for growth while managing costs and expenses.
• Understand customer requirements and align with regional strategies.
• Sell PPG Refinish brands, including CPC finishes, through distribution.
• Manage distributor relationships, training, receivables, and performance.
• Leverage analytics to improve profitability and cycle times.
• Develop relationships with key dealers, MSOs, and collision centers.
• Collaborate with team to grow the market and maximize potential.
• Utilize FAVR program for fuel/vehicle cost reimbursement and flexibility.
