Job summary

CARS Protection Plus (CARS) is seeking a Territory Manager to originate and maintain relationships with independent used auto dealerships in the assigned region. You will have full P&L ownership and drive contract sales with both existing and prospective dealer partners.

Daily duties include meeting dealers, coaching others, presenting the product line, and coordinating with in-office staff to meet sales and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with 10+ dealers per day (~50% existing dealers; ~50% prospective dealers)
• Coaching and mentoring existing dealers to increase contract production
• Presenting the CARS product line and inherent value proposition to prospective customers
• Preparing and submitting daily communication logs with accurate, actionable meeting observations
• Liaising between dealers and CARS for exceptions and claim issues, as they arise
• Continuously updating dealers on product changes and modifications
• Coordinate with in-office CARS staff to accomplish both the sales goals of CARS and the customer experience objectives of the customer
