Job summary

e3 Diagnostics seeks a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to service audiology equipment across NY/CT. You will calibrate, maintain, repair, and install instruments while supporting sales opportunities and building customer relationships.

The role requires up to 80% travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently. A two-year technical degree or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a two-year technical/engineering degree or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and follow calibration and maintenance procedures.
• Effective communication and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform ANSI-certified calibrations, maintenance, repairs, and installations on audiology equipment.
• Attend required trainings and maintain accurate service records.
• Build relationships with customers and provide technical support.
• Travel up to 80% to client sites and coordinate with scheduling.
• Identify sales opportunities to support territory growth.
