Job summary

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve as an equipment expert for audiology instrumentation, performing calibrations, repairs and installations across the Detroit, Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids region. You will travel up to 80% and work with customers to deliver service and sales support.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus a technical/engineering degree or related experience. Competitive benefits and a starting salary of $60,000 are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform ANSI-certified calibrations, maintenance, repairs and installations on audiology equipment.
• Stay updated with required training and certifications.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; provide service and technical support.
• Coordinate scheduling with Office Administrator.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment records.
• Identify potential clients and cultivate sales opportunities for territory growth.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed per best practices.
• Travel up to 80%; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Calibrate equipment received at regional office and coordinate returns.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
