Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) to lead and coordinate AP functions across a region of 10–16 districts and 120–190 stores. You will hire, train, and develop a team of Area Asset Protection Managers, guiding investigations and risk mitigation while partnering with store leadership and corporate partners.

You’ll use analytics and reporting to drive shrink reduction, safety initiatives, and business continuity. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of Asset Protection experience in a retail environment; multi-store experience preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct investigations, interviews, and interrogations.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop Area Asset Protection Managers for future growth.
• Provide training and guidance on investigations, analytics, audits, and case management.
• Educate Field Operations in shrink awareness and asset protection programs.
• Oversee internal and external investigations and coordinate case resolutions.
• Review exception-based reporting and train teams on using it for investigations.
• Lead regional reporting and store visit strategies to improve performance.
• Develop regional shrink plans and manage budgets.
• Partner with leadership to present region performance to senior leadership.
