Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Asset Protection Operations Analyst to support AP service tickets across stores, corporate offices and DCs, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to SLAs. The role collaborates with field leaders, vendors, and internal partners to safeguard facilities and assets.

Responsibilities include budget-sensitive project management, reporting, data maintenance in Excel and procurement systems, and coordination of store openings and remodels.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to travel 0–10% and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP service tickets lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on service tickets with store teams and field staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and dispatch technicians for repairs.
• Generate monthly/quarterly/annual remedy reports and identify trends.
• Maintain data in Excel, procurement databases, and S4/Service Channel.
