Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Area Asset Protection Manager to drive shrink mitigation and safety initiatives across multiple districts. You will lead investigations, coordinate audits, and partner with store leadership, HR, supply chain, and law enforcement to protect assets and reduce losses.

The role requires multi-store LP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train teams in shrink reduction programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Loss Prevention and in a retail environment; multi-store experience is preferred
• Wicklander-Zulawski Certified; CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Loss Prevention programs, Exception Based Reporting, investigative databases and business intelligence solutions (Agilence, Auror, Everbridge)

Responsibilities

• Deliver shrink improvement through proactive use of asset protection tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Execute store visits and audits in alignment with safety and compliance protocols.
• Lead investigations and interviews in partnership with District Managers and leadership teams.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and cross-functional partners to resolve external and internal theft cases.
