Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Area Asset Protection Manager to drive shrink mitigation and safety initiatives across several districts. You will conduct store visits, audits, and investigations, partnering with district managers, HR, and operations to protect assets and improve inventory controls.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to travel up to 50%, and experience with LP programs and surveillance tools.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of Loss Prevention experience in retail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead others through change.
• Develops collaborative relationships and shows leadership influence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shrink improvement using protection tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Execute store visit strategy aligned with compliance and audits.
• Lead internal/external investigations and interviews with district leadership.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and cross-functional partners on investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide coaching to store leadership.
